Do I need to register to submit listings?Yes, you do need to create a free account before you can submit listings. We generally recommend that you register a member's account in order to be able to manage all your listings, see stats and be kept informed of updates and offers. Why do I need a password?You are required to provide a password for your account in order to keep your information secure. Without a password anyone would be able to access your personal details and even change them. A password ensures that your personal information remains hidden from other site users.Your password can be a mixture of letters and numbers, in lower. Minimum of 5 characters. The site can also auto generate password for you. How do I change my details?You must be logged in to change your details. When you are logged in, you can simply click on the 'Edit Account' link your account area on the left panel of the site. You will be able to change your details and even your password. When you are done save the changes at the bottom of the page. Can I delete or close my account?No, you cannot delete your account. If you wish to close your account, please send us an email and we will close your account. Note that after your account is closed, all related ads under that account will be deleted as well. Why am I not able to log in?You may have forgotton your password. If you have forgotten your password you can restore your password here. You are able to post one ad into multiple categories. Also you can suggest category if your category is not listed on the site and provided your suggested category falls within our main categories, it will be approved. How long does it take to approve ad?Most listings are approved within 24 hours after submission. In some cases, this is done within one business hour or it may take longer if your ad does not conform with our terms and conditions. In this case, we may ask you to edit the ad. In the even that we are offering free listings, plesae note that we cannot guarantee how long it will take to approve free listings. In most cases it is approved within a week but it could take up to a month depending on pending queue. If your ad does not meet our terms of use we may either ask you to edit it or we will reject it outrightly.
